- Our online email communications company ‘Melbourne IT’ who manage our email database and Multi Array Pty Ltd who have limited access to BH Partners website databases.
- Strict confidentiality agreements are in place with these organisations to ensure they only access database information for system maintenance requirements. This information is not available to any other organisations.
- No company outside of BH Partners can access secure client information available through Online Client Services.
- Please note that this policy only covers the BH Partners website. Links to other web sites not owned and operated by BH Partners or its subsidiaries are not covered by this policy.
