Our initial contact was with Melissa who was simply fabulous to work with - extremely friendly and helpful. Our next interaction was with Judy prior to collecting the keys and again - Judy couldn't have been more helpful in meeting our needs and confirming we had everything we needed. While there, we had need to call for urgent assistance on Sunday 31st December, waking with no water. Both Melissa and Judy were prompt in returning our calls (even though early) and Judy had a plumber to us within the hour.
